Meet your instructor
Hi, I’m Jessica.
I’m the owner of On Call CPR Services, a Registered Nurse, and a CPR instructor who loves helping people feel capable in moments that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
Over more than a decade in nursing, I have worked in urgent care, oncology, labor and delivery, and school nursing. I have seen firsthand how important timely, effective CPR can be—and how much confidence grows from practicing the skills before they are needed.
How Jessica teaches
Serious skills in a supportive room.
Whether the room is full of educators preparing for the school year, nurses updating a credential, coaches getting ready for a season, or young students learning CPR for the first time, the goal is the same: clear instruction, real practice, and no shame in asking questions.
Jessica is also a district RN for a West Michigan school district. Outside work, she enjoys camping with family, coaching softball, golfing, and cheering on the Tigers and the Irish.
Clinical perspective
Training is grounded in real experience across several nursing settings.
Comfort with all ages
School nursing and coaching experience help make youth learning approachable.
Confidence over intimidation
Every learner gets space to practice, ask, and leave more prepared.
